They give you plenty of time to see everything you expect to see, and make sure they point out things you ask about, and don’t ask about for that matter. The food was delicious and snacks were plentiful after snorkeling. The boat was extremely comfortable with lots of room for 12 people to spread out and not be on top of each other.

I booked through a third-party company called Howlander I do not recommend doing this Book your excursions on San Cristobal straight through the shop. There is no need to book ahead of time online. Howlander miscommunicated with me. This could’ve been a very bad experience. They’re directions to get to the tour shop. Once I got on the island were incorrect. Nobody on the island could help me because the directions were wrong and they thought maybe I booked with a company on another island. To make matters worse, their description of the 360 Tour was incorrect. Their description said that I would be walking around and exploring on printed Pitt, which is not the case. Thank goodness Fabi has such a positive, outgoing, Customer Service, work ethic, because he assured me, I would have a good time and apologize that the third-party had miscommunicated. He was right, I had an excellent time and I’m not sorry I booked this trip. I would highly recommend it to anyone. There are many companies that offer this tour on the island at about the same price. This one is definitely a good one.

The tour... read more was easy to organise and the snorkelling equipment was very good. I had absolutely no problems with water coming into my mask or it fogging up. The boat was also very comfortable.
Our guide Fabricio was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable, and the boat crew were wonderful too. We saw lots of incredible wildlife including sharks, sea turtles and sea lions. We went to some beautiful places and the food provided was fantastic. I would definitely recommend the 360 tour with Eco-Challenger to anyone.

If you were visiting this island and want an amazing tour company look no further. We had arranged to do the 360 tour before we arrived. You actually don’t need... read more to arrange every tour before you arrive, you can book them once you arrive at certain places. But this tour company is fairly busy and so it makes sense to book at least the most important one in your itinerary before you come.

We have not been here before a new basically what we wanted to see and emailed several companies here with questions. Only Eco Chalkenger responded right away. They were very helpful in answering questions and telling us everything we needed to know.

We just got back about an hour ago from the 360 tour which is a tour around the entire island. The guide Fabo, captain, nacho and first mate, chef Victor we’re all amazing as was the office staff.

The trip back is a long boat ride, and if you do get seasick, I would recommend that you prepare for that as sometimes the water is choppy. The water was very choppy, but nobody got ill on our trip. In fact, most people slept through the choppiness.

We swam with turtles, saw boobies, many sea lions, many different birds, and even the fin of a hammerhead shark. It was a very good day.

Fabo was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. He doesn’t do all the tours, but we were assured all the tour guides have the same training and live up to his standards. At the end of the tour we felt almost like family.

I highly recommend that you contact this company regarding any of the tours that they offer. The interesting thing. Once you get here is you realize every tour agency offers exactly the same tours. And they charge exactly the same thing. So why not choose the best?

All equipment necessary was provided (mask, flippers, towels, and scub suit if wanted). It was clear that the company was enthusiastic about protecting the environment - with the current aim of the base being fully powered by renewable energy. The guide made clear what areas and behaviours to avoid so as not to disturb/harm the wildlife. They were genuinely trying to be more eco-friendly. This company was well organised. The tour was the best we had done on the islands.

They were so organised and the boat was fab. The lunches and snacks they gave us throughout the day were far better than any of the other tours and included guacamole, lollies, fruits and a very substantial lunch with dietary requirements met. Fabo was full of telly interesting information about wildlife and the islands themselves. The wildlife we saw was out of this world and the snorkeling at kicker rock a dream come true. On the way back we were even lucky enough to see a huge pod of dolphins jumping and playing. We had the best time thanks for making it magical.
